Sold: 2026 Pursuit S 358

After touring numerous high-end center console builders at the world’s largest in-water boat show, this client decided that custom ordering a Pursuit S 358 was the right boat to put on his brand-new boat lift in St. Petersburg, FL.

Following the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, the Pursuit factory team made selecting the right factory options easy by providing pictures of the options and additional information on the unique option choices. They also accommodated our client’s request for building the boat with the new Garmin 9000 series MFD’s. Once completed, our client’s boat was the first S 358 to be built with these new MFD’s. The factory team also accommodated us with a factory tour where we were able to see their build process from start to finish and see our client’s boat near completion.

Once the build was completed and quality control signed off, the boat was delivered to Quality Boats, the local Pursuit dealer, in Clearwater, FL. They went through the boat for another round of quality control checks and got the boat, generator, Garmin systems, and Yamaha outboard engines water-ready.

Our client also opted to have the Quality Boats team install a Garmin Kraken trolling motor with an Abyss lithium battery. This set up works well with the Garmin MFD’s on board and is essential to the premier bottom fishing that the Gulf Coast of Florida offers.

With all the prep work done, checks completed, and fuel topped off; we splashed the new Pursuit with our client and accompanied him as he navigated the ICW to Tampa Bay. Once in the bay, he adjusted his heading North towards the boat’s new home. A member of the dock and lift team met us as we arrived at the lift to make sure the lift bunks were in the correct place to receive the boat.

Once settled on the lift, our client busied himself getting his fishing numbers loaded into the Garmins and arranging gear to prepare for its first offshore fishing trip.
